Policy

Products sold by Ralph Gorr Racing Engines or Gorr Flowed Fuel Systems will be replaced if defective in manufacture, labeling or packaging at our facility. Except for such replacement, the sale or any subsequent handling of the product is without warranty or liability even though defect, damage,or loss is caused by negligence or other fault.

Products are intended for off-road and competition use.  However, due to the nature of this use, all purchasers are advised that under no circumstances will Ralph Gorr Racing Engines or Gorr Flowed Fuel Systems be held responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the installation or use of any product.

Prices:

Prices are subject to change without notice. you will be notified before shipment if changes are extreme.

Terms:

All phone orders are C.O.D. ----Cash Only. Unless you are a preferred customer. Firms may pay with company check or personal, only upon approval of Ralph Gorr Racing Engines or Gorr Fuel Systems.

Special Orders:

All special orders require a sixty percent deposit.  If deposit is other than cash or cashiers check, or a preferred customer check, orders will be held until checks have cleared.

Shipping:

All items will be sent using U.P.S. Delivery system

Returns:

Formal request must be made within ten days of shipment before the return of any merchandise.  Special orders are not returnable. No refunds will be made. Credits or exchanges issued will be subject to a fifteen percent restocking charge.

Privacy Policy Statement:

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address.
We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail.

With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies. 
Upon request we provide site visitors with access to no information that we have collected and that we maintain about them.
