Except for such replacement, the sale or any subsequent handling of the product is without warranty or liability even though defect, damage,or loss is caused by negligence or other fault. Products are intended for off-road and competition use.  However, due to the nature of this use, all purchasers are advised that under no circumstances will Ralph Gorr Racing Engines or Gorr Flowed Fuel Systems be held responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the installation or use of any product. Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice. you will be notified before shipment if changes are extreme. Terms: All phone orders are C.O.D. ----Cash Only. Special Orders: All special orders require a sixty percent deposit.  If deposit is other than cash or cashiers check, or a preferred customer check, orders will be held until checks have cleared. Delivery system Returns: Formal request must be made within ten days of shipment before the return of any merchandise.  Special orders are not returnable. No refunds will be made. Credits or exchanges issued will be subject to a fifteen percent restocking charge.
